• What if I already have a Dealradar account?

  No problem. Just continue using your Dealradar login information as you always have.

• How do I change any of my account information and email preferences?

  We’ve already transitioned your login and password info to Dealradar. If you want to update any of your account information, just click “My Profile” near the upper right side of the screen. From there, all your information will be displayed, and you can update it accordingly.

• What about the “online” “ travel” and “grocery coupons” sections?

  You will still find many of those at Dealradar.com, just not labeled in the same way. Travel deals can be found in our alphabetized list of categories under “Travel & Hospitality.” Online only deals will be found in their appropriate categories throughout the site. Some grocery coupons can be found in our Food & Drink section, but unfortunately, there is not a dedicated page for them at Dealradar.com. However, we’re always looking for ways to improve our site, so if you really miss it, please let us know.

• Will I still see the same deals?

  Yes, and then some.  With rare exceptions, Dealradar.com delivers all the same deals you would have received on Redeemio. Plus, Dealradar gives you access to dozens more deal sites and even more deals, so you can save more frequently on the things you love.

• Some of the category names are different. Do I have to select my personalized categories again?

  Your personalized categories will carry over. But once you’ve taken a spin around Dealradar.com you’ll notice we have more categories than Redeemio, this means you can select even more specifically. If you take a moment to re-select categories, you’ll start to notice that you’re only seeing the types of deals you really want to see. 

• Does this mean I’ll need to re-enter my credit card info?

  Using Dealradar, you’ll continue making purchases on the deal site. Dealradar does not track, store or access your credit card information in any way.

• What happens to the purchases I made through Redeemio that I haven’t used yet?

  If they haven’t expired yet, they’re still valid. If you’re uncertain, you can check with the merchant or deal site where you made the purchase. Remember, you can always keep track of all your deals expiration dates (including deals you purchased through Redeemio) in one easy place by using the Dealradar Deal Drawer.

• How do I contact Redeemio if I have any questions/concerns?

• What is Dealradar.com?

  Dealradar.com is a free, fast and convenient way to stay on top of great savings opportunities and experiences available via hundreds of daily deal sites in your city. We follow, index and categorize local deals across these sites, around the clock, to give you a simple, personalized way to find great savings in your city.

• Does it cost anything to use Dealradar?

  Dealradar is free to use. You only pay the listed price of the deal directly to the deal site, same as you’d do if you only followed one daily deal site.

• What's in it for you?

  Many daily deal sites share our feeling that consumers want convenience. When you join or purchase from one of them, they share part of that purchase with us for sending them a new (and hopefully repeating) customer.

• Do I have to subscribe?

  By subscribing to our digest, you’ll get one clear email every morning with all the great deals we’ve found in your city that day. But if you don’t want to subscribe, we also provide several other options to connect with us, such as Twitter, Facebook and RSS. We hate spam as much as you, so we’ll never give your information to a third party without your explicit permission.

• Why don't I see my city?

  We're constantly adding more sites and cities to Dealradar.com. If you find a new site that we aren't following – no matter where in the world you may be – please email us at feedback@dealradar.com with the details.

• What if I have an issue with the deal I purchased?

  Think of Dealradar.com as a search engine: we help you find the best and most exciting deals every day, but any purchases you choose to make are from the deal sites themselves. If you have a question or concern, each deal site has a customer service phone number or email address so you can quickly address any issues. 

• I saw a deal on Dealradar.com but now can't get it. What's up with that?

  Some deals are so popular that they sell out quickly, or are available for a very short time. We update our site continuously, so if you can’t find a deal you looked at earlier, chances are the deal site took it down because the deal expired or maxed out its sales. Remember, if you find a deal you love, act fast!

• Why should I select My Categories?

  My Categories is a great way to only see the types of deals you want without wasting your time on the types of deals you’d never consider buying. Say you like spa days, working out and eating out. Just go to your personalization box and click on “Food & Drink,” “Fitness” and “Beauty & Spas.” Your list feed will only show these categories, and more importantly, your daily email will only show these deals too. Remember, you can always add or subtract categories, or opt to continue seeing all the deals out there.

• How does the Deal Drawer work?

  After making your purchase through any deal site, you can forward your coupon to MyDeals@dealradar.com. You can also go back to your Deal Drawer and enter the key info directly into the Deal Drawer tab. Be sure to fill out your reminder info, so you can get a reminder email 1 day, 1 week,  or 1 month before it expires. Or you can choose a specific reminder date. Once you start using Dealradar’s Deal Drawer, you’ll never miss a deal again.

• What is so great about the Map View?

  Some deals look enticing until we realize we’d have to lug across town for it. Use the Map View and problem solved.  Be sure to fill out your home and/or work address in your profile, and we’ll show you how close you are to the days hottest deals. 

• What are those badges near the top of the main page?

  They’re there to help remind you what it takes to become a dealradar expert. As you visit the site and utilize each of our great features, you’ll earn a different badge. Eventually, our best users will be able to earn more badges. Get started today by filling out your profile.

• How do you make deal recommendations?

  Based on the categories you choose, and the deals you've looked at and purchased, we can determine which deals might interest you. Keep in mind, the more you use Dealradar, the more accurately we can make recommendations that match your tastes.

• Why would I want to be listed on your site?

  Dealradar is a great way to be discovered by new consumers who don't know you. Plus:

  • Competitive sites and deals are listed here
  • Your target consumers are here, and we exist to make their lives easier
  • Your merchant customers will love being listed here because we give their offers greater exposure

  We all know that not every deal will appeal to every consumer. Even if a consumer buys from you once, they may not want to buy the next deals you offer for some time to come. Instead of missing or losing touch with these consumers, we let you keep your deals front and center every day.

• Aren't you taking my customers away?

  We actually send potential customers to you directly, and you interact directly with them. If they decide to register with or purchase from you, you process those transactions like any other.

• We have or are planning to launch a new deal site that's not on your radar yet. How can we get listed?

• Your site isn't picking up all my deals, or I am finding errors on your site.

  If you do find an error on our site that is related to your deal(s), please contact us immediately at techsupport@dealradar.com and someone will respond quickly to resolve it. You can also connect with us via a direct feed to make sure we receive your latest deal information as soon as it's available.

• Are you willing to display my ad at the top of a list or section?

• Can I place a separate advertisement on your site or in your newsletter?
