Dan Hess, Co-founder & CEO has a 20-year track record of building successful technology-enabled businesses and products. Most recently Dan was President of Thought Motor, an interactive strategy consultancy. Previously he was VP Marketing & Strategy at Tribune Interactive. In 1999 he joined comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR) as part of the executive team that drove the company from startup to $60MM in revenue. Prior to comScore Dan held sales, marketing and operations positions at Information Resources, Inc., including SVP of the firm’s e-commerce division in 1998.
Greg Hart, Co-founder & CTO is a pioneer in creating interactive advertising, marketing and ecommerce infrastructure. Prior to conceiving and building the technology behind Dealradar.com & Local Offer Network, Greg was co-founder and CTO of art.com, t-shirts.com, and cigar.com and developed the platforms behind each of those businesses. He also has more than 10 years' experience as a technology architect and developer in private practice, helping businesses navigate the challenging transition from startup to large-scale enterprise.
Doug Marquis, SVP/GM Operations has more than 20 years' experience leading major initiatives in technology development and scaling. Prior to joining LON, Doug was CTO of Riverglass, a provider of large-scale data collection, search and natural language analysis applications, until its acquisition in 2011. Prior to RiverGlass, Doug was VP Product at logistics solutions provider Mobitrac through its acquisition in 2006. Previously, he was VP Engineering at Flutter.com through its merger with Betfair. Doug also led initiatives at LexisNexis, ThoughtWorks, and Accenture.
Jorge Zapata, Co-founder & VP Product and Operations has an extensive track record in digital product strategy, development and operations management. Jorge has held product management positions at Dotomi, Google and DoubleClick. Prior to that Jorge worked at Tribune Interactive where he was instrumental in key initiatives including the launch of a nationwide network of mobile news, information and entertainment sites. He also has hands-on experience in application development and systems analysis at several boutique technology consulting firms.
Michael Liu, VP Strategy supports LON clients and partners with deep experience in data-driven strategy, marketing and product development. Prior to joining LON, Michael co-founded MyClosedList, a niche career site. Previously he was Sr. Director Strategy and Operations at Tribune, where he managed and created digital advertising products; developed sales, marketing, and organizational strategies; and led partner relationships. Prior to Tribune, Michael advised clients at the Boston Consulting Group and National Economic Research Associates (Mercer Consulting).
